Help! Ipod problem I have just purchased a new 80 GB apple ipod from a site called Indiaplaza.com?
my ipod’s displays the following ,”connected” & even after i saftely removed it ,the same msg is being displayed & my pc fails to recognize it..I live in kolkata so can anyone give me the address or ph.no of an apple service center in kolkata.
You should try resetting your iPod by holding down the centre button and the menu button of the click wheel at the same time for 6 to 10 seconds. It helps if you have your iPod on a flat surface when you do this. Sometimes you even have to do this 2 or 3 times. This should return your iPod to normal settings. Then, with your computer on but iTunes not running, connect your iPod to the computer, and it should open iTunes on its own with no problem.
