Where do I get podcast producer? I only see podcast capture on my computer?

I’m trying to use a program to record on screen actions. I found an article on wiki it mentioned Podcast producer. However I looked in the Utilities folder and I see only Podcast Capture I don’t know what I need to do. Can podcast capture record screen actions? What server do I put? Someone please help!
For Mac OS 10.5.7

To capture onscreen activity on mac, you may try Jing Project, but the free version only produce .SWF files.
